Yes. Once a doctor issues your e-prescription, you order from a verified pharmacy in the app and a courier delivers it to your door. You can also re-order repeat medication without booking another consultation.

Yes. Choose home sample collection at checkout and a phlebotomist comes to you, or visit a partner lab if you prefer. Results are shared directly with your doctor and stored in your records.
Every doctor on iHealix is licence-verified with the medical regulator for their region — state medical boards in the US, the GMC in the UK, the provincial Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons in Canada, or the national medical council in your country — before they take a single consultation. Every partner pharmacy is verified with the appropriate licensing body. Verification is checked once and audited continuously.
Yes. You can request a nurse home visit or a doctor's home visit for care that is better delivered in person — wound care, injections, elderly and post-discharge support — dispatched to wherever you are.

Your records, prescriptions and results are yours — shared only with the clinicians involved in your care, and only with your consent.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details — those are handled by Stripe in accordance with its PCI-DSS certified security standards. Prices are shown before you book and charged in your region's currency.
